Alayla (Thee Desperado x Eskada Yasmine) April 7, 1998 Black Mare AHA #551722 Straight Egyptian/Al Khamsa
The BEST of the BEST! A classic black daughter of USA National Reserve Champion Halter stallion, Thee Desperado; and out of our lovely foundation mare sired by Moniet El Sharaf! Passing on the rare Bint Riyala tail female line!
Alayla possess a true Bedouin tent disposition; though a war mare at heart...she is proud and brave, as her stature and achievements have proven time and time again! Shown and awarded multiple Egyptian Event Halter ribbons; as well as achieving Champion & Reserve Champion Western Pleasure, multiple wins in Hunter/Jumper, Hunt Seat, Halter and proudly titled 2016 Pyramid Society Performance High Point Straight Egyptian Arabian!
Enjoyed by all who meet her; and remarkably intelligent, with super quick response to soft leg cues & touch, enabling her to be ridden bridle-less. A mare Hollywood would love, a true sight to see and a pleasure to watch!
A phenomenal broodmare of five classic quality foals and is now retired from breeding. Three being black, though we do not breed for color...quality comes first! Several of her foals have went on to accomplished show wins for their new owners around the USA; and her first son, Aramuss, sired by The Mohave, was titled 2004 Egyptian Event World Class Colts 1 Year Old - UNANIMOUS CHAMPION shown by Michael Byatt; and continues to win under saddle in Western Pleasure and Trail!
She spends her days relaxing in the pasture when not being ridden for pleasure. And her look at me attitude and terrific motion steals your heart! Always a visitor favorite! |
